Advance launches a new Lean Yellow Belt online course

We are pleased to announce the launch of our online Lean Yellow Belt course, entirely designed and developed by our school to meet the concrete needs of professionals working in Operations and Supply Chain Management.

The Lean Yellow Belt course has a clear objective: to make the principles of Lean Management accessible, practical and immediately applicable. It is a course designed for professionals and companies who want to understand the basic principles of Lean in order to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational performance.

 

This is a practical Lean course delivered 100% online, combining essential theoretical content, real-world examples, and an operationally-oriented approach that enables participants to:

- understand the fundamental principles of Lean Thinking

- identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in processes

- improve efficiency, quality, and operational flows

- apply Lean tools in Operations and Supply Chain contexts
