The Lean Yellow Belt Certification offers participants an introductory overview of Lean Thinking and core Lean principles, presenting the main tools and essential practices that can be applied within a company to increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency and service quality, and reduce waste.

The Yellow Belt path is designed to develop a first level of Lean awareness, useful for supporting an organization through change phases and ensuring the sustainability of results achieved through Lean implementation.

The Yellow Belt program represents a gradual and effective approach to Lean philosophy. The next levels of competence are Green Belt, Black Belt, and Champion.

This online course, based on international best practices from IIBLC® – International Independent Board for Lean Certification and designed by our school, is structured into 8 modules of 35 minutes each.

Participants are advised to use a PC or laptop (with Windows or Apple) for better usability.

At the end of the training path, participants will take a final exam  remotely from a PC. Upon passing the exam, they will receive the Certified Yellow Belt in Lean (CYBL) certification endorsed by IIBLC®.

    3. Value Stream Mapping

    4. The 8 Wastes

    5. The 5S System

    6. Implementing Pull – Just In Time and Kanban

    7. Lean Management of Equipment – TPM and SMED

    8. Lean Metrics

     

    Each module lasts approximately 35 minutes.
