Companies face an increasing need to innovate their operational models and implement best practices that enable them to succeed in the market, improve customer service, and enhance their EBITDA.
Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) is a planning and execution methodology that has gained significant and growing importance in recent years, as conventional MRP has often proven inadequate for competing successfully in markets characterized by highly variable demand.
The complexity and high variability of markets, supply, and competition make the use of standard MRP planning techniques increasingly difficult and less effective. Classical MRP is based on assumptions of predictable demand and simple supply scenarios—conditions that are becoming increasingly unrealistic. To align production and supply chain organizations with these new contexts, the application of new principles and methods is required. DDMRP provides an innovative and practical solution.
Advance School, supported by its international network of partners, has developed a unique Master program specifically designed for the Luxury & Fashion sector, based on Demand Driven principles and leveraging the school’s Train for Performance (T4P) methodology, designed to accelerate the transition from knowledge to skills
IThe Master program aims not only to transfer Demand Driven best practices through the DDP certification program of the Demand Driven Institute but also to support participants in creating an operational Business Case specific to the Luxury & Fashion sector. This allows participants to leverage the knowledge acquired to generate value for their organization quickly, accelerating the return on training investment.
Participants may develop Business Cases based on scenarios provided by the school or on their own company’s context, delivering immediate benefits to their organization.
At the end of the course, participants will receive the Advance School certificate – Demand Driven Master Implementer: Luxury & Fashion, which certifies their competence in applying Demand Driven principles to real-world cases within the Luxury & Fashion sector.
Participants may also take the DDI examination to obtain the prestigious DDPP – Demand Driven Planner Professional certification.
The course is delivered exclusively in-house at the client’s company.
