The Six Sigma Green Belt Master, designed by Advance consultants, is based on the ASQ Body of Knowledge and transfers internationally recognized Best Practices.

Six Sigma is a data-driven approach and an organized, methodical methodology for eliminating variation in any process, from manufacturing to sales and from product to service.

ASQ – The American Society for Quality, is an association of more than 80,000 professionals and is present in more than 150 countries.

Its purpose is to promote principles and best practices in quality, improving the use and impact of quality in response to different business needs worldwide. In addition, ASQ aims to improve the tools available to professionals and has created a Body of Knowledge recognized worldwide of Six Sigma best practices used today by most Fortune 500 companies.

The objectives of the Six Sigma course are:

  • Provide a structured approach that describes the cultural and organizational changes needed to successfully implement the Six Sigma method
  • Strengthen knowledge of Project Management and Change Management, essential in leading an improvement project
  • Provide tools to highlight the critical issues to be addressed and the solutions to be adopted, accelerating learning through Six Sigma implementation Case Studies
  • Prepare to pass the Six Sigma Green Belt exam by ASQ (CSSGB)

We designed 2 Six Sigma Green Belt training paths, delivered over 4/5 months by certified instructors:

Classroom path: 5 training days

Live Webinar Flipped Class path: 10 sessions of 1.5 hours each + 3 sessions Q&A. In this version, participants are required to do pre-reading before the session, to then go into depth with the instructor on some key concepts, depending on the needs of the class.

Upon request, Advance also offers in-house training programs tailored to organizational needs.
