The Lean Yellow Belt Certification provides participants with an introductory overview of Lean Thinking and Lean principles, presenting the main tools and fundamental practices to be applied within organizations to increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency and service quality, and reduce waste.
The Yellow Belt program is designed to develop a first level of Lean awareness, useful for supporting organizations during phases of change and ensuring the sustainability of results achieved through Lean implementation.
The Yellow Belt program represents a gradual and effective approach to Lean philosophy. The subsequent levels of competence are Green Belt, Black Belt, and Champion.
This online course, based on international best practices from IIBLC® – International Independent Board for Lean Certification and designed by our school, consists of 8 modules of 35 minutes each.
It is recommended to use a PC or a laptop (Windows or Mac) for a better user experience.
At the end of the training program, participants will take the final exam, either remotely or in person in Bologna, according to their preference. Upon passing the exam, they will receive the Certified Yellow Belt in Lean (CYBL) certification, endorsed by IIBLC®.
Upon request, the online module can be complemented with interactive live webinar sessions led by one of our expert Lean instructors.
