This unique 1-day workshop has been designed to accelerate the transfer of Demand Driven MRP knowledge.
Through this “serious game,” participants will learn how to apply Demand Driven concepts, position and protect buffers to ensure a continuous flow of materials and information, improve service levels, and reduce inventory.
