Six Sigma

A multinational in the aeronautics sector has once again demonstrated its faith in us, choosing us as its partner for two important In-House Six Sigma projects for the second consecutive year.

The first is a broad project with a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma consultancy and training course that involves 4 production sites distributed across Italy, Belgium and France: 1 in-person and 3 connected online.

The distinctive feature of this course is the constant interaction between the trainer and the participants, a way of reducing the physical “distance” between the classes.

Numerous examples are examined during the Live Webinar sessions (around 20 a session) in order to provide participants with the broadest possible overview of the Six Sigma methodology and instruments and their practical use.

Tailored to the needs of the company and structured into 5 full days over a period of 2 months, the training is a key part of the Six Sigma Green Belt certification preparation process according to the ASQ directives.

The second course on which our team of Senior consultants is currently working is a Six Sigma consultancy project in the industrial segment.

The technicians that attained Six Sigma Green Belt certification last year decided to continue their training with a second project aimed at measuring and improving the main business processes.

Through online sessions, the trainer guides the group through the analysis of the data collected, correctly identifying current performance levels, objectives and areas for improvement.
