Giovanni Tracanella

Currently President at Mecc Alte.

Previously Vice President of Operations at Vibram Group.

 

Skills: Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in various industrial sectors (including Energy Production) as well as in the Services sector, holding different roles with increasing responsibilities such as Production and Logistics Director, Technical Director, Plant Manager, and General Manager.
He is a deep expert in Lean and Six Sigma techniques and methodologies.
He teaches all CPIM and CSCP programs, IIBLC® CGBL, CBBL and CChL, as well as ASQ Six Sigma programs, and is specialized in delivering the international program “The Fresh Connection,” the strategic Supply Chain module.

Luc Roesems

Skills: in over 20 years of experience as a Supply Chain Director and Plant Operations Director, he has gained extensive expertise within world-class international companies.
He has a deep knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and teaches the APICS CPIM and CSCP programs.

Pierantonio Pierobon

Currently General Manager at FdB, GIVA Group, and management consultant at Advance Supply Chain Solutions.

Skills: professional with over 25 years of experience in General Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project/Program Management. He has successfully led complex projects in Operations, Supply Chain Transformation, Change Management, and ESG, holding executive roles and serving on corporate boards. He has solid expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Project Management, Capacity Planning, and organizational transformation and change processes.

Marc Foret

Skills: Senior Supply Chain Professional with financial background and over 25 years of project management experience within international organizations. He has developed deep expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), production, and distribution, primarily for companies in the chemical industry across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East.

He is an expert in the assessment, design, and reengineering of Supply Chain processes, enhancing efficiency through improved KPI management. He is also highly knowledgeable in SAP implementations as well as SAP realignment across various modules and functionalities: SAP IM, MM, SD, SCM, APO.

Stefano Tornaghi

Currently Managing Director at Itema Switzerland, and management consultant at Advance Supply Chain Solutions.

Skills: over 30 years of experience as General Manager in both family-owned businesses and multinational companies. During his career, he has held various roles in Operations and Supply Chain across industrial sectors with both mass production (home appliances, ceramics, rubber) and made-to-order production (pumps and valves for Oil & Gas).

With more than three decades of experience, he has developed deep expertise in operational and strategic management of production systems, management control, and change management.

Expert and enthusiast in S&OP and Lean, he has successfully led several implementations, one of which was recognized with the International Best Factory Award by Bocconi University.

Patrick Rigoni

Skills: Over his 22-year career (14 years in industry, 8 in consulting), he has gained extensive operational and strategic experience in all aspects of Operations management.

Expert and enthusiast in Demand Driven, he has contributed to the development of the methodology and its implementations for major companies, including Shell.

Kenia Moya Argillagos

Currently Senior Manager Procurement Solutions in Caterpillar Inc.

Previously Platform Supply Network Facility Manager in Caterpillar Global Paving Italy.

 

Skills: for over 15 years, she has worked on Six Sigma and Lean projects as a Black Belt, as well as on TPM and continuous improvement programs in the Supply Chain Planning & Execution area.

In addition to being an expert in Lean and Six Sigma, she has deep knowledge of Change Management and SAP and JDE implementations, having served as an ERP Senior Consultant and as IT Manager for Caterpillar Service Italy.

Sergio Vacca

Currently Supply Chain Senior Advisor for ERMI Research-CH e APICS Master Instructor.

Skills: with over 30 years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive, he has held numerous roles with increasing levels of responsibility in Manufacturing, Logistics, Domestic Planning, European Category Management, and Global Supply Chain Planning.

He has worked in Italy, Germany, Belgium, and Switzerland, gaining extensive knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) processes, S&OP, as well as Lean, TPM, and BPR.

Alessandro Pietrogiacomi

Skills: he has over 30 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and Project and Program Management, managing Manufacturing Footprint Strategy, Supply Chain Transformation, and post-M&A integration projects in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

He has solid expertise in Network (Re)Design, Supply Chain Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.

He currently holds positions as an Interim Manager and Independent Advisor for several companies in Italy across various industrial sectors and is registered as an expert in technological innovation with the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

Maurizio Montagna

Currently Advance Senior Consultant and member of the Extended Faculty Polimi School of Management (MIP), where he teaches several MBA.

 

Skills: graduated in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, he has developed extensive experience in improvement programs, working according to the Lean Six Sigma methodology since 1992. He was involved with GE as a consultant for the Six Sigma program starting in 1996, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector.

From 1999, he served as Head of the Six Sigma European Practice for PwC, based in Milan, working on international assignments for companies such as Dow Chemical, Citibank, Caterpillar, J&J, SGS, ABB, and others.

He further consolidated his experience at Fiat Group, coordinating over 400 Lean Six Sigma projects.

Stefano Ruffini

Currently Chief Operationg Officer at Synlab Italy.

Skills: graduated in Mechanical Engineering, he has gained over 20 years of international experience in Lean, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management. He has published several books with Ipsoa and Franco Angeli on Lean transformation in small and medium-sized enterprises and on managing uncertainty in complex supply chains.

Fabrizio Albino Russo

Currently a Senior Consultant at Advance School, he is also President and Co-founder of the Uncertainty Management & Study Institute (UM&SI) and Supply Chain Director for a major industrial group.

 

Skills: graduated in Management with various academic qualifications in Business Management, International Trading, and Electronics, he has over 30 years of international experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, and Logistics. He has worked for leading companies and multinationals in the food, automotive, aerospace, advanced composite materials, plant engineering, and machinery sectors, initially in managerial roles and later as Director of Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, and Logistics at both Business Unit and Corporate levels.

He is the author of several books and articles in the areas of Procurement and Supply Chain.

Alessandro Strobbia

Vincenzo La Notte

Currently Managing Director at Fonderie Scaranello.

Previously Group Purchasing Director at Landi S.p.A., he has held multiple Purchasing roles in multinational companies such as Caterpillar, VM Motors, and Magneti Marelli Powertrain.

 

Skills: he has over 25 years of experience as a Manager in International Purchasing and Supply Chain, and more than 5 years of experience in Change Management (Lamarsh method). He has proven expertise in Six Sigma, including its application in Purchasing and S&OP implementations.

He is a deep expert in procurement tools, the raw materials market (steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum, and plastics), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

Daniele Meldolesi

He has extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP, S&OP, and order management.

Recently, he has developed a strong interest in the Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise model.
